Online Invitations
- We provide you with free invitation codes (see scale depending on the size of your stand) to send to your customers by email.
- Your customers will need to access the Show’s website, enter the code indicated, choose the day of visit and download their free ticket as a PDF.
- If you need more codes you can purchase them at the price of: €1 each.
PRINTED
NEW – Printed Invitations
- If it is easier for you to hand-deliver the invitation, we give you the opportunity to purchase printed invitations for the price of €3/each through the Exhibitor’s Area.
- Your customers will need access the Show’s website, enter the code indicated on the form, choose the day of their visit and download their free ticket as a PDF.
VIP
VIP invitations
We provide you with free VIP invitation codes through the Exhibitor’s Area (see scale depending on the size of your stand) so that you can offer your best customers a premium experience during their visit to the show.
- Your customers will need to access the Show’s website, enter the code provided and download their free VIP ticket as a PDF. The VIP pass is personal and non-transferable.
- Includes free entry to the Show on all days and access to the VIP area in the exclusive Blue Wave bar facilities and the Sea Garden business area of the Marina Port Vell, where you can meet privately and enjoy free concierge, schedule management and bar services.
- • If you need more codes you can purchase them at the price of: €50/each.
PROFESSIONAL
NEW – Professional Invitations
We provide you with free VIP invitation codes through the Exhibitor’s Area (see scale according to the size of your stand) so that you can offer your professional clients (distributors, boat dealers, specialised shops, etc.) an exclusive and premium experience during their business visit to the Show.
- Your professional clients must access the Show website and complete the professional accreditation process, quoting the code provided and downloading their free professional ticket as a PDF. Professional passes are personal and non-transferable.
- Includes free entrance to the show for all 5 days and access to the VIP area in the exclusive Blue Wave bar and Sea Garden area of the Marina Port Vell, where you can meet privately and enjoy free concierge, schedule management and bar services.
- If you need more codes you can purchase them at the price of: €50/each.
2. NEW – Meet your most important customers in the VIP area
We offer all exhibitors the VIP AREA located in the exclusive Blue Wave building of the Marina Port Vell. A new space reserved for exhibitors and VIP visitors to chat, hold a business meeting or simply relax in a private and premium environment. The VIP Area includes:

Access restricted to exhibitors and visitors with VIP Pass.
3. Come to the ‘Nit nàutica’, Salón Nautico’s party
On Friday 14th October the Boat Show will extend its opening hours until 10 pm, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy the entire exhibition with concerts and leisure activities.
